Why We Built This Site

Texas permits public access to many court dockets and files, yet finding the custodian can be difficult. Danay Carnes performs both District Clerk and County Clerk functions, but the 110th Judicial District Court, Constitutional County Court, justice court, and municipal court retain distinct dockets. re:SearchTX covers participating electronic records, while the county directs online users to LGS. We bring those official routes, contact details, and request steps together without claiming that one search covers every Dickens County case.
